Family Visit

Drinking the Kool-aid.....and other fun stuff. Don't be fooled, I didn't really get the iPhone 5. But I did finally get an iPhone. The free one-three generations old. Nonetheless. When Jason saw that I got it he asked me if I got the divorce app.

Quiet Book!

Well, my friends and I decided to get together and make quiet books. For those of you who know me well, I am no seamstress. In fact, starting this project I had no idea how to thread a sewing machine. But, with a little work, and a lot of time, I think I've got the basics of sewing down. And I have to admit, it was super fun. I never thought I would be the type to sew, but lo and behold. Don't get too excited, I know this post will have most of you on the edge of your seat...so just hold on tight.

Here is an idea of what it looks like all put together.  Super fun.  Now, I need to get to the point where I will actually let Lynlee play with it.  I'm not ready yet, it's going to take some time.

Joy School

Lynlee has started joy school. It's crazy to see how much she has grown in the last few months. It almost scares me. She is getting to be her only little person, with such a cute personality and a great sense of humor. Unfortunately, she also has terrible taste in backpacks. But what can you do. We had her do reading lessons to earn her backpack. And let me tell you, it took all I had to spend money on a hello kitty backpack.  But I digress.......

She is also taking a little gymnastics class from a friend, and has really loved that. She is starting to turn our house into a little gymnasium. Soccer starts up for her on saturday, and all I keep thinking is....oh great, here we go again. Here is a little flashback of the fast paced, action packed last season.....

Celeste's Visit!!

Here are some pictures from Celeste's visit to Arizona. It was honestly one of the best family vacations ever. Super fun. And the best part was having lesty here with us, which is a rare treat. We just love her to death, and can't get enough.

Our park became a lake during a huge rain storm, which we were in the pool for.  Great fun had by all.

This is the Barney's cabin we stayed at the first night Celeste was here.  It was incredible.
