Well, Jason turned 30 so I decided to do something a little different this year in celebration of this monumental occasion. I threw him his first surprise birthday party! The theme (quite fittingly) was "Over the Hill........"
Jason looking a little perplexed. Poor guy, he's been a little sensitive about turning 30.....and I, being the loving spouse that I am, decided to prey on that sensitivity.
I tried to keep everything a surprise, so I told him to take thursday off from school and we drove out to Hocking Hills that morning. He eventually guessed where we were headed, but had no idea we were joining up with a big group of friends.....
I rented a cabin for a big group of us to stay overnight. The cabin was a blast, we played pool, went hot tubbing, ate pizza and cake and of course, watched The Office.
We also went hiking around the area, it is absolutely gorgeous in Hocking Hills right now because the leaves are turning colors.
We randomly found a petting zoo for Lynlee to enjoy along the way. 
Here we are hiking in Old Man's Cave. Lynlee was all bundled up, and excited to be hiking in the great outdoors.
